iPhone 6S Battery Replacement Program
Apple has determined that a very small number of iPhone 6s devices may unexpectedly shut down. This is not a safety issue and only affects devices within a limited serial number range that were manufactured between September and October 2015

Apple USB - C Charging Cable
A limited number of Apple USB-C charge cables that were included with MacBook computers through June 2015 may fail due to a design issue. As a result, your MacBook may not charge or only charge intermittently when it’s connected to a power adapter with an affected cable.
Affected cables have “Designed by Apple in California. Assembled in China.” stamped on them. New, redesigned cables include a serial number after that text
Part would have to be ordered and normally takes 1 business day

AC Wall Adapter Program
Apple has determined that, in very rare cases, the two prong Apple AC wall plug adapters designed for use in Continental Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Argentina and Brazil may break and create a risk of electrical shock if touched. These wall plug adapters shipped from 2003 to 2015 with Mac and certain iOS devices, and were also included in the Apple World Travel Adapter Kit. An affected wall plug adapter has 4 or 5 characters or no characters on the inside slot where it attaches to an Apple power adapter. Redesigned adapters have a 3-letter regional code in the slot (EUR, KOR, AUS, ARG or BRA)
For this repair, parts have to be ordered and normally take 1 business day.

iSight Replacement Program
The affected units fall into a limited serial number range and were sold primarily between September 2014 and January 2015.
The program covers affected iPhone 6 Plus iSight cameras for 3 years after the first retail sale of the unit.

De-laminating Screens
Apple will authorize coverage within three (3) years from date of original purchase or 2 years from October 16, 2015, whichever is longer.
